the name means the invisible town, because
it could not be seen from the sea by pirates. ( 3000 people
is living in Afandou)
Profitis Ililas is on top of the village
and
if you go there for a walk,you will see a
beautifull view over the village and the
sea.

Rhodes, it is a 18-hole, par-73,
golf
course, designed by the world famous
golf course architect Donald Harradine.
The golf course is open all year.
